About The Role

Join Omnidoc, a platform dedicated to improving healthcare through specialist collaboration. As a Senior/Staff Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of our main products, focusing on the Teleexpertise journey. You will lead discovery, partner with PMs and engineers, and contribute to roadmap discussions. Your role will involve turning complex medical workflows into intuitive interfaces, building and maintaining the design system, and fostering a culture of craft and openness among designers.

  • Diriger la découverte : interviews utilisateurs, groupes de discussion, tests d'utilisabilité, benchmarking.

### **Who you are / profile**

As a **Senior/Staff Product Designer**, you will play a crucial role in the product development process by ensuring the product interfaces and experiences are intuitive, engaging, and meet both user needs and functional requirements. You are the right person if you meet most part of the following :

  • 7-10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio, B2B SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus
  • Clear methodology: you have frameworks for navigating complex, ambiguous products and environnments
  • Full-spectrum designer: research, IA, interaction, visual design, prototyping, proficient in Figma
  • Proven experience building or contributing to a design system
  • Have mentored or upskilled other designers
  • Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to non-design & tech stakeholders
  • Autonomous and self-directed in fast-moving environments
  • Genuinely excited about healthcare — and the idea that good design can change patient outcomes
