• Conceptualize, define, and ship end-to-end Agentic experiences that serve customers' Jobs to Be Done, both on Mobile and Desktop.
• Drive large, 0-to-1 cross product initiatives, guiding other Designers in helping ship a holistic product experience.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering leads, and the CRM Design Leadership to define strategic priorities and roadmaps for your domain/team.
