You will drive design strategy, foster a high-performing team, and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver exceptional user experiences.   • Experience working on large-scale, complex projects, and agile development processes
  • Expert in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make, etc.), with fluency in Claude skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing design teams
  • Removes ambiguity, is adaptable and flexible
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles, data visualization, and information architecture
  • Proven track record of shipping high quality, impactful work in complex and regulated problem spaces
  • 10+ years of experience in product design, with experience shipping AI-native enterprise software required
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading product design teams
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Understand key business metrics, user needs and how to connect them to Design
  • Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration and organizational agility
  • Expert in user research methodologies and the ability to translate research findings into actionable design strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to make hard decisions with accountability and transparency
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with SaaS products
