Senior Product Design Manager (Clio Work)

About The Role

As a Senior Product Design Manager, you will co-lead product design for Clio Work, our AI-native workspace for legal professionals. You will drive design strategy, foster a high-performing team, and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver exceptional user experiences. - Establecer y mejorar continuamente los procesos de diseño, estándares y mejores prácticas, asegurando la consistencia y escalabilidad en Clio Work.

- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects, and agile development processes
- Expert in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make, etc.), with fluency in Claude skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing design teams
- Removes ambiguity, is adaptable and flexible
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, data visualization, and information architecture
- Proven track record of shipping high quality, impactful work in complex and regulated problem spaces
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with experience shipping AI-native enterprise software required
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading product design teams
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Understand key business metrics, user needs and how to connect them to Design
- Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration and organizational agility
- Expert in user research methodologies and the ability to translate research findings into actionable design strategies
- Demonstrated ability to make hard decisions with accountability and transparency
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with SaaS products
