At Mujin, we're transforming manufacturing and logistics through intelligent robotics powered by MujinOS, our hardware-agnostic automation platform. As our European team continues to grow, we're looking for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to build scalable people operations and support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, broad HR role where you'll combine HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, immigration support, and HR business partnering to help build a high-performing international organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, and employee benefits with external providers.
- Manage work permits, residence permits, and immigration processes for international employees.
- Partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, performance, and employee relations.
- Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and preparing offers.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other HR service providers.
- Support managers and employees on HR policies, employment conditions, and people-related matters.
- Develop and improve HR policies, processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and data privacy requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes and systems to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience managing HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Dutch employment law, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Experience supporting work permits, residence permits, or international employee mobility is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with HRIS or ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
- Professional working proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
