Description

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced for experienced **Career & Technical Education (CTE) Instructors** to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. **What you'll do:**

**Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction** tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile.
**Create structured lesson plans** that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials.
**Adapt instruction in real time** based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, bringing real-world industry context into the virtual classroom.
**Track student progress** and communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.

Requirements

**Bachelor's degree required**
**Experience working with students who have education needs**
**Ability to design and deliver lesson plans** aligned to student goals and accommodations
**Strong virtual instruction skills** — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
**Ability to pass a background check**
**Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace**
