## Description
**Role Summary:**
Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.
**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Requirements Gathering & Design:** Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• **Configuration & Data Migration:** Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• **Client Engagement:** Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• **Training & Documentation:** Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• **Post-Go-Live Support:** Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
