As an Assistant Director of Restaurants , you’re not just supporting operations across multiple hotel dining outlets – you’re helping to spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every guest's stay exceptional.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Support seamless operations: Assist in directing all aspects of restaurant operations – including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation – ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets.
• Shape guest satisfaction strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Restaurants to define and implement guest service standards, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and helping to drive solutions that elevate the guest experience
• Oversee outlet performance: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements
• Maximize revenue opportunities: Support the development and implementation of strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food & beverage marketing programs
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
