About The Role

Clean Harbors Houston, TX is looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Admin to join their team! The Vehicle Maintenance Admin will be tasked to create, print, pick and install transfer tap on all Multi color decals.

  • Create, print, pick and install transfer tap on all Multi color decals.
  • Maintain assigned National Vendor accounts, including disputing invoices in a timely manner and reviewing account statements to ensure that the accounts do not go past due.
  • Scan and upload vehicle DOT, PM, and Tank Inspections against the proper asset files.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions for all Maintenance personnel and management in a timely manner.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding disputes and payment status inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Create, manage, and receive all non-job-related purchase orders pertaining to preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • All other tasks as assigned by management.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong word processing typing skills.
  • Proficiency with personal computers
  • Able to multitask.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience working in maintenance environment (not required)
