About The Role
The LPN Clinic is responsible for providing patient care following established standards and practices. Assists physician, nurse, and staff with the daily coordination of patient care and patient access. Coordinates patient flow, schedules appointments, procedures, tests and referrals. May serve as a preceptor for clinical staff. Relies on guidelines to accomplish tasks. Relies on some experience and judgment to complete job. Works under general supervision. May lead and direct the work of others within scope of practice.

- Diagnostic test results are reviewed and abnormal results and changes in patient condition are reported to the RN, physician and appropriate healthcare team members immediately.
- Prescribed medications, therapies and treatments are administered in accordance with practical nursing standards at all times.
- The environment to promote patient and healthcare team safety is evaluated and maintained at all times.
- Compassionate basic nursing care is provided while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
