Bac +2 minimum en commerce, vente ou technico-commercial (BTS Technico-Commercial, BTS NDRC, BTS MCO, DUT / BUT Techniques de commercialisation, Licence pro commerce ou équivalent)
Expérience confirmée en vente B2B terrain, idéalement dans
- la distribution alimentaire
- le négoce
- une plateforme d'achat / marketplace B2B
- un grossiste ou acteur de la supply food
- Solide expérience du démarchage de restaurants et de l'ouverture de comptes clients(poste orienté chasse, pas de gestion de salle ni d'exploitation)
À l'aise avec
- la négociation commerciale (prix, volumes, récurrence)
- les cycles de vente courts
- le suivi d'un portefeuille clients
- les objectifs chiffrés (KPI)
