The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - General Corporate Real Estate Senior Consultant, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance, enhance decision-making, and achieve their financial objectives. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your broad understanding of finance consulting to provide comprehensive guidance and support tailored to specific business needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions.

In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer recommendations that align with their strategic goals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while maintaining professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions
  • Providing comprehensive guidance to clients to optimize financial performance and improve decision-making
  • Utilizing financial modeling and economic forecasting to inform strategic recommendations
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Developing financial strategies that align with client business objectives
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements to support client reporting requirements
  • Advising on compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Collaborating with clients to enhance financial management practices and strategies
  • Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
  • Navigating complex financial situations and providing clear, actionable insights

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
  • Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and economic forecasting
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
  • Excelling in communication to build meaningful client relationships
  • Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and learning agility

Travel Requirements

Up to 40%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
