About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team in Orlando, FL . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through the execution of testing and inspection services.

As a Field Service Technician I at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of their systems. Your hands-on expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our products and solutions.

In this role, you will impact on the reliability and performance of our customers' systems by providing exceptional technical support and service.

Shift Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM to 05:30 AM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 0 – 1 years of proven experience in field service or a similar role
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of a High school diploma
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFC certification, electrical safety) are a plus.
  • Associate degree in a technical field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a field service technician or in a similar role preferred but not required.
