What to Expect

Base Pay

$22.38 - $22.88

Schedule

Schedule varies, however our teams regularly clock in between 5:30 am to 11:00am and end times up until 9:00pm. Includes 2 - 4 Overnight stays per month . (Hotel, transportation provided, and meals reimbursed).

As a Donor Care Tech III, you'll get to

  • Perform donor interviews and appropriately determine donation eligibility.
  • Participate in donor rebooking activities.
  • Perform whole blood, double red cell, platelet and plasma phlebotomy of donors in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Works as part of a team to achieve daily team production goal. Assists and supports other team members, as required on both Mobile and Fixed Sites.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Active driver's license with clean driving record.
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Six (6) months previous experience as a Donor Care Tech
  • To include training and competent on Trima Blood Collection Systems
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Able to lift 40lbs
