Daily responsibilities

  • Facilitating the daily stand-up meetings with Sprint teams
  • Maintain burn-down charts, Setting up guide retrospectives
  • Setting up guide Sprint Reviews
  • Setting up and guide Sprint Planning sessions
  • Keeps team from interruptions during sprint
  • Removes obstacles that affect the team
  • Walks PO through more technical user stories

Skills/Competencies/Education

  • Bachelors degree is required
  • Scrum Certification is essential
  • Agile Project Management experience
  • Experience managing and executing scrums and sprints
