• Forecast accuracy
• EBU revenue performance versus target
• Customer retention and value growth
• Quality and timeliness of management reports
• Identification and implementation of growth opportunities

• Stakeholder satisfaction with reporting and business support
• Lead EBU business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes.
• Develop and monitor revenue forecasts, pipeline analytics, and business performance dashboards.
• Drive Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and revenue growth.
• Produce executive reports, scorecards, business reviews, and performance presentations for EBU leadership and EXCO.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and industry trend analysis.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to improve EBU performance.
• Support commercial teams with insights on revenue, customer behavior, market potential, and sales effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and timely delivery of business intelligence outputs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business planning, commercial analytics, performance management, business intelligence, or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, data visualization tools, and strategic planning methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
