  • Experiencia con Genesys Dialog Engine y Genesys Virtual Agent.
  • Integraciones mediante Genesys Data Actions con sistemas de terceros, como CRM y sistemas backend.
  • Conocimientos generales de Inteligencia Artificial, incluyendo LLM e IA Generativa.
  • Modalidad: 100% remoto
