Cassava Software Engineering S.L. es un socio tecnológico de confianza para diferentes empresas líderes y grupos internacionales en Europa. Para reforzar nuestro equipo buscamos un Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer con experiencia en AI Engineering.

TU RETO

• Diseñar, desarrollar y operar aplicaciones web modernas, desde frontend y backend hasta Cloud y DevOps.
• Integrar funcionalidades de IA y soluciones agentic utilizando LLMs, Retrieval, Tool Use y workflows estructurados.
• Desarrollar servicios cloud-native seguros, fiables y escalables.
• Participar en el desarrollo de AI Agents, Skills, Pipelines y Workflows.
• Colaborar con Product Management, UX, Arquitectura y otros Engineers.
• Crear soluciones con valor real para los usuarios, especialmente en el sector sanitario.

TU PERFIL

Imprescindible

• Varios años de experiencia senior como Full-Stack Engineer.
• Experiencia sólida con React o Angular y Java/Spring Boot o Python.
• Buenos conocimientos de Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD y Terraform.
• Experiencia demostrable utilizando IA en el desarrollo de software.
• Titulación en Informática, Software Engineering o equivalente.
• Capacidad de resolución de problemas, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.
• Valorable: experiencia con AI Coding Agents, AI Pipelines, Harnesses, Context Engineering, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK o MCP, así como experiencia en Healthcare.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Design, develop and operate modern web applications across frontend, backend, Cloud and DevOps.
• Integrate AI-native features and agentic solutions using LLMs, Retrieval, Tool Use and structured workflows.
• Build reliable, secure and scalable cloud-native services.
• Contribute to shared AI Agents, Skills, Pipelines and Workflows.
• Work closely with Product Management, UX, Architects and Engineers.
• Develop solutions delivering real value, particularly in the healthcare sector.

YOUR PROFILE

Must-have

• Several years of senior Full-Stack Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with React or Angular and Java/Spring Boot or Python.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD and Terraform.
• Proven and effective use of AI in software development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and results-oriented mindset.
• Nice to have: experience with AI Coding Agents, AI Pipelines, Harnesses, Context Engineering, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK or MCP, and Healthcare.
