Program Management Lead
R1 RCM Holdco Inc. · Remote, United States
About The Role
Program Management Lead
As a Program Management Lead, you will lead some of R1's most visible and diverse enterprise programs. You'll manage across multiple cross-functional work streams at once keeping them aligned, on track, and moving forward rather than owning a single project from end to end. This is an enterprise-support PMO role where no two days look the same, spanning large-scale data acquisitions, new customer onboardings, and corporate initiatives. Reporting directly to the PMO leader, you'll bring order to complexity and build the relationships that keep programs on track.
What you'll do
- Lead and align multiple cross-functional work streams across programs, keeping them coordinated and on track
- Own tracking, reporting, and proactive risk management across your programs
- Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and senior leaders
- Partner across Central Delivery, Customer Onboarding (COI), Customer Partner, Product, and HR teams
- Support enterprise initiatives including data acquisitions, new customer onboardings, and corporate programs
- Coordinate closely with onshore (US) and offshore (India) teammates
- Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems collaboratively instead of just flagging them
- Contribute to R1's push to enable new AI-driven tools and processes
What we're looking for
- An experienced program/project manager who can lead independently
- A track record of managing across many moving work streams simultaneously
- Strong tracking, reporting, and risk-management discipline
- Excellent communication with customers and senior stakeholders
- A solutioning mindset - you rally people to fix problems, not just log them
- Comfort operating amid ambiguity with a high degree of ownership
- A confident, consultative presence with senior leaders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Mission Control (Salesforce) is a plus, not a requirement
This role might be right for you if…
- You thrive on diverse, fast-changing work rather than repetitive routines
- You're energized by building relationships across teams and keeping many threads aligned
- You're comfortable taking initiative and learning quickly from what doesn't work
- You're comfortable sharing your ideas and perspective, not just waiting for direction
- You want to help shape programs at the center of R1's AI ambitions
