  • Occupational Therapist - Acute Care at Providence St Vincent Medical Center - Full-time, Day Shift Schedule

Lyra Caregiver Assistance Program - Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
  • Master's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
  • Ph.D.: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.
  • Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
