Group Procurement Operations Analyst

About The Role
As our new Procurement Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our procurement operations are reliable, compliant and efficient across the UK and wider Group. Working closely with the Group Head of Indirect Procurement and Hub Managers, you’ll help strengthen Procure-to-Pay processes, maintain accurate data and turn operational information into practical insight and action.
As our Procurement organisation develops, you’ll help drive consistent processes, controls and performance measures across the Group, while providing responsive support to our manufacturing and functional teams. This is an opportunity to help shape how procurement operates across Scott Bader and connect local requirements with wider Group strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, compliant P2P operations and resolve purchasing and invoice issues.
- Support Hub Managers in embedding consistent procurement processes across sites.
- Maintain strong governance, controls, supplier compliance and accurate procurement data.
- Analyse procurement data to identify risks, improve performance and drive efficiencies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support procurement systems and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in operational procurement, purchasing or P2P, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into practical insight and improvement.
- Confident stakeholder and supplier management skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong understanding of P2P, ERP systems and procurement controls, with good Microsoft Office and reporting skills.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with high attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
