About The Role
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment including winding machines, curing ovens, testing equipment, and casting machinery. Perform troubleshooting on control systems, PLCs, drives, motors, and power distribution systems. Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals. Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) and ensure electrical work is completed safely. Install conduit, wiring, panels, and distribution equipment up to 480V (experience with MV/HV preferred). Conduct regular preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability programs. Collaborate with engineering teams during build-out and equipment commissioning phases. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and efficiency. Train and mentor junior technicians as the team grows.
