Oversee and support the training of colleagues in the creation of test instructions. Oversee and support the training of colleagues in the development of control plans. Manage production approval activities for in-house products. Manage product and delivery approval processes prior to customer shipment. Coordinate and oversee internal complaint processing and resolution. Conduct tolerance field analysis to evaluate the compliance and capability of in-house products. Monitor and drive continuous improvement of quality assurance processes related to product quality and customer requirements.
