Project Manager

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment. Experience in the automotive or mechatronics industry is an advantage. Leadership and ability to lead international project teams. Strong project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills. Experience in engineering change management and new product introduction (NPI). Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of methodologies such as 8D and QRQC. Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively. Strong customer relationship management skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and French. Proficiency with software tools such as SAP, Agile, and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities Lead global program management for series production. Introduce new product variants according to customer requirements. Lead multicultural project teams and technical experts. Manage product engineering changes. Lead customer meetings and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with customer milestones. Plan and control project budgets. Lead Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) cost reduction workshops. Lead production capacity expansion investments in line with customer forecasts. Support internal and supplier production relocation activities. Provide regular project status reports to management. Conduct project evaluations and capture lessons learned. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
