Tasks Location: Quezon City, Philippines Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Industry: E-commerce Fulfillment & Beauty About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience within e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, beauty, retail, or consumer-related businesses , with strong capabilities in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring both operational and corporate positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and build a strong talent pipeline to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and manpower plans. Develop and execute sourcing strategies through: Job portals LinkedIn Facebook groups and communities Recruitment platforms Employee referrals Professional networks Source candidates for Fulfillment, Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, Beauty, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Corporate functions . Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit. Maintain an active talent pipeline for both urgent and recurring hiring needs. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage offer negotiation and follow up with candidates through the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate. Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent network. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required. Continuously identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment efficiency. Requirements Key Hiring Areas The TA Specialist will primarily support recruitment across: Fulfillment & Operations Warehouse Staff / Associates Fulfillment Operations Logistics & Delivery Inventory Operations Supervisors / Managers Warehouse Managers Beauty & E-commerce Beauty Advisors Beauty Sales E-commerce Operations Product / Brand roles Marketing & Social Media Customer Service Sales / Business Development Corporate Functions HR & Admin Finance & Accounting IT / Tech Management positions Requirements 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Experience recruiting for fulfillment, e-commerce, logistics, retail, beauty, FMCG, or consumer businesses is highly preferred. Strong sourcing and candidate-hunting skills. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook communities, and other recruitment channels. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs. Good command of English . Familiarity with the Philippine talent market is a strong advantage. Have recruited for e-commerce / fulfillment / warehouse operations . Have experience hiring within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail industry .
