Assistant Director (Cosmetology School) - Indianapolis, IN

About the Position: Under the leadership of the Executive Director of the Cosmetology School, the Assistant Director serves as the second-in-command, providing essential leadership across all operational, educational, compliance, admissions, and administrative functions within our OU.LOCATION School. In this role, you will work closely with cosmetology students to enhance their overall experience, overseeing school operations, advising on educational requirements, conducting orientations, observing classroom and salon activities, maintaining student records, and ensuring that all aspects related to student enrollment, attendance, education, progress toward graduation, licensure, and placement are effectively addressed. The Assistant Director will also collaborate with the School Director to ensure continuous management coverage during all school hours.
