Your Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team. Own and evolve the Cockpit Framework architecture, standards, and engineering principles. Drive scalability, maintainability, security, and reusability across frontend applications. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
