Client Portfolio Manager (gn) - Location Bucharest

In this role, you will manage and grow an existing client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and increase customer engagement through cross-selling and up-selling activities. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key responsabilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers. Activate new customers and support their successful onboarding. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored DKV products and services. Drive customer retention, loyalty, and business growth through cross-selling and up-selling. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
