Senior Oracle ERP Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle EBS/ Fusion Supply Chain Manager to join our global IT organization. They will be joining our Business Analysts team based out of Bangalore, India. This team is responsible for implementing and maintaining IT Business applications to enable and run our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support – Work queue triage, prioritization, allocation and resolution
• Projects/Initiatives – Vendor evaluation. Architect, document and design high level requirements
• Reporting – BAU and Project status reporting to Business and IT Leaders
• People Management – Lead by example, set high standards and inculcate a culture of high performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 20+ years of relevant Oracle EBS/ Fusion experience in Supply Chain/ Finance modules – Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning etc
• Oracle Fusion experience
• 7+ years of Project and People Management
• Proficiency in technical tools – PL/SQL, BI, WF Builder, TOAD
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
• Resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities
