MISSION
In this role, you will
- Drive HSE compliance and risk management
Support the implementation of Michelin's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System by ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and operational support
Lead risk assessments, provide HSE guidance for projects and operational changes, investigate incidents, and support audits to strengthen safety performance across the site.
- Promote a strong safety culture
Collaborate with leaders and employees to drive HSE initiatives, deliver training, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement in workplace safety.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems
- Experience implementing and driving HSE programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Business proficiency in Thai and English
Preferred
- Experience supporting regional or multinational HSE initiatives
- Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
- Experience leading HSE projects, audits, or incident investigations
