Role Overview

The STRATEGIC BUYING SERVICES ANALYST I position will provide support and customer service for a large Global Automotive client across multiple categories for non-production services and goods. English proficiency is highly required, as this position would support multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities: What are key tasks and deliverables on a day-to-day basis?

• Support to Procurement Operations.
• Analyze and evaluate requisitions before they are eligible to be processed.
• Act as the liaison between internal customer and the purchasing department.
• Respond to customer needs, exceed service level expectations.
• Generate Savings.

Requirements: Certifications, education, technical & behavioral competencies critical for the role.

• Customer Service Experience.
• Procurement Experience on manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual) .
• Intermediate experience level with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
• SAP experience preferable
