About the role

Job Summary

The role is responsible for daily sales operations run smoothly, and achieve the sales targets. This role provides coaching, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company policies. Job Responsibilities

• D evelopment and maintenance of the after-sales market for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, gas turbines and motors) in the Greater West Region, and complete the sales targets set by the company.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and policies.
• Expand and maintain customer relationships, enhance market share and brand influence.
• Organize and guide the sales team in conducting business activities to enhance the overall performance of the team.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor situations to provide market decision support for the company.

Qualifications

• Typically a University degree and majored in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant sales experience in Pump industry with technical and after-market service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
