- Lead tele collections for housing portfolio to improve early bucket collections
- Manage pre delinquency campaigns through external vendors
- Implement startegies and processes apropos the voice of customers received through different campaigns
- Lead strategic initiatives like OD / LPC collections through tele collections team
- Manage partners and implement autoimated tools for seamless customer experience
- Desired Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in collection
