About The Role

About the role

As a Site Administrator, you will provide professional reception, guest services and administration support to the Village Manager and on-site leadership team. You will be responsible for front-of-house operations, accommodation administration, employee records, timesheet processing and general site administration, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately and in line with company policies and procedures. This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced FIFO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional reception and front-of-house services
  • Welcome residents, visitors and contractors to site
  • Manage phone calls, enquiries and general correspondence
  • Support accommodation check-ins and check-outs using reservation systems
  • Maintain employee, accommodation and operational records
  • Process timesheets, data entry and administrative documentation
  • Assist with site onboarding, inductions and training coordination
  • Support roster administration and workforce records management
  • Collate invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Provide administration support to site-based leadership and operational teams
  • Promote a safe, professional and customer-focused workplace

About you

  • Strong experience using site-based systems such as INX, SAMS, SAP, RMS or similar platforms
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a FIFO Site Administrator, Village Administrator or similar administration role
  • Previous experience supporting rostering, timesheets and time & attendance processes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to confidently work front of house and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a broader site team
  • Understanding of remote village operations and accommodation services, including housekeeping, catering and workforce accommodation environments.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Current Class C Manual Driver's Licence
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
