About The Role

  1. 运用qPCR等技术，参与DMPK研究中的方法开发、方法验证、样品分析及数据处理。
  2. 负责LBA实验室相关设备的日常维护、校准与管理。
  3. 根据项目需求，独立或协助开发新的LBA实验方法及PK相关试验。
  4. 严格遵循试验方案与标准操作规程（SOP），独立完成实验操作，及时、准确、清晰地记录实验观察结果。
  5. 主动识别并向上级报告实验中的异常情况，并按照指导采取相应措施。
  6. 参与实验室日常管理，包括仪器维护、文档管理等。
  7. 审核试验方案、方案变更、分析方法、实验记录、原始数据及报告，确保合规性与数据质量。
  8. 学历专业：生物技术、医学、药学或相关生物学专业，本科及以上学历（或同等学力）。
  9. 工作经验：0-2年免疫学相关技术经验，熟练掌握ELISA等配体结合测定实验技能。
  10. 加分技能：有流式（FACS，或者flow cytometry）优先。
  11. 能力素质：
  • 良好的沟通能力及英语阅读与写作能力；
  • 具有团队合作精神，工作细致、责任心强；
  • 能够同时独立负责多个LBA实验（如3个以上），具备多任务处理能力。
