About The Role
- 参与音频AIGC鉴别算法研发与迭代，利用强化学习、对抗训练等方法提升模型在真实环境下的鲁棒性，重点应对噪声、编解码、压缩传输等干扰，推动在深度伪造预警、内容审核等场景中的性能稳定。
- 负责模型训练与调优，针对真实数据分布开展新型伪造模式挖掘与数据增强，提升跨设备、跨环境的泛化能力，同时兼顾低延迟、低误报等工程约束，保障算法在实际流水线中的可用性。
- 参与团队技术分享与前沿动态跟踪，系统梳理真实场景中的鉴别难点，推动研究成果向生产环境快速转化，持续提升团队在音频安全方向的实战能力。
- 1、计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域的硕士学位;
- 2、具备扎实的深度学习、图像处理基础知识，具备良好的数学功底，熟悉常用算法和模型;
- 3、熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架;
- 4、熟练使用Python/C++编程语言，具备良好的编程和调试能力，有深度学习模型部署经验者优先;
- 5、熟悉多模态大模型，图像分割，检测，生成任务优先；
- 6、在数据处理方面，具备优秀相关经验者优先;
- 7、在顶级学术会议或期刊发表过相关论文者优先;
- 8、做事认真细致，有耐心，主动性好，具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
