Associate Consultant - SAP-PMO & MIS

Bristlecone India Limited seeks an experienced SAP PMO & MIS professional to join the SAP PM Competency – Delivery team. The Associate Consultant will ensure project visibility, timely reporting, risk and action‑item tracking, and will support Project Managers with governance activities across SAP programs and projects.

• Maintain and update project dashboards, status reports, and MIS metrics for SAP initiatives.
• Facilitate governance meetings, capture decisions, and circulate minutes to stakeholders.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items; ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc performance reports to senior leadership.
• Support Project Managers in schedule, scope, and budget monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with Bristlecone’s PMO standards and SAP delivery methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder communication plans and maintain a central repository of project documentation.
• Analyze project performance trends and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in resource planning and capacity tracking for SAP delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP PMO, MIS, or project governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle and delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑visualization skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with risk and issue management processes.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Activate) are a plus.
