About The Role
岗位职责 负责公司生产环境的资源管理与业务稳定性，持续分析运行指标和薄弱点，并进行合理优化 持续梳理和完善运维流程，提升稳定性建设和应急响应机制 设计开发SRE Agent工作平台，集成SRE相关工作流与智能监控，FinOps等SRE场景 岗位要求： 8年以上工作经验，至少 5年以上互联网或同等大规模系统的运维经验； 本科及以上学历； 精通Linux操作系统，熟悉存储，网络相关原理 精通生产环境业务的K8S、MySQL、Redis等核心系统维护 熟悉DevOps体系和相关工具使用，熟练掌握主流可观测性平台使用，有实际智能监控场景落地经验 熟悉至少一种云平台，有实际生产环境管理经验 熟练掌握至少2种编程语言，如Python/Golang/Nodejs 熟悉主流Harness平台的原理和设计开发，如Codex/CC/Langchain/Dify
