About The Role
Job Profile At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organization’s value.
