Job Position Title: IN_Sr Associate_Business Analyst_D&A _Advisory_Mumbai Responsibilities: · Role Overview · We are looking for a Banking Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in customer analytics, portfolio analytics, collections analytics, campaign management, and scorecard development. The candidate will help financial institutions leverage data to drive customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, collections effectiveness, and profitability. · Key Responsibilities · Customer & Marketing Analytics · Design analytics solutions for cross-sell, upsell, propensity, next-best-offer, and customer segmentation. · Design customer 360 and personalization initiatives. · Risk & Collections Analytics · Build collections prioritization and recovery optimization models. · Design early warning systems and delinquency prediction models. · Support portfolio monitoring and risk analytics. · Model Development & Scorecards · Design application scorecards, behavioral scorecards, collection scorecards, and response models. · Support model monitoring, calibration, and validation activities. · Analytics Consulting · Translate business problems into analytical use cases. · Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. · Perform impact assessment and ROI measurement. · Delivery & Stakeholder Management · Engage with business stakeholders across Assets, Liabilities, Cards, Digital Banking, and Collections. · Lead analytics workstreams and mentor junior team members. · Required Skills · Strong understanding of Retail Banking, Cards, Lending, and Collections. · Experience in Cross-Sell, Upsell, Churn, Fraud, Collections, Campaign Analytics, and CLM. · Hands-on exposure to predictive modeling and machine learning techniques. · Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities. · Experience in business case development and stakeholder engagement. · Preferred Technologies · SAS, Python, R · SQL, Spark · Databricks · Power BI, Tableau · Key Competencies · Analytical problem solving · Business consulting · Storytelling with data · Stakeholder management · Team leadership · Educational Qualification · B.E./B.Tech, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics · MBA preferred Mandatory skill sets: Business Analyst Preferred skill sets: Business Analyst Years of experience required: 5+ Years Education qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA/M.E/M.Tech
