About The Role
Role Summary : We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Product leader to drive the growth and transformation of our Digital Lending Marketplace. The role will be responsible for defining product strategy, optimizing partner and customer journeys, and delivering scalable platform capabilities that accelerate business growth. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the incumbent will leverage analytics, market intelligence, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, enhance partner performance, optimize lending funnels, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise, commercial acumen, and execution excellence to build differentiated digital lending experiences while delivering sustainable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Lending Marketplace in alignment with business objectives. Identify new product opportunities by understanding customer needs, partner requirements, and market trends. Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and strategic goals. Continuously benchmark products and capabilities against industry best practices to drive innovation. 2. Product Development & Capability Enhancement Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Technology teams to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Drive platform capability enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Ensure timely delivery of product releases while maintaining quality and business objectives. 3. Partner Product Management Work closely with lending partners to understand business requirements and deliver scalable product solutions. Design and manage partner-specific product journeys, onboarding experiences, and feature enhancements. Support onboarding of new partners by defining integration requirements and ensuring seamless product implementation. Continuously enhance partner experiences by identifying opportunities to improve product adoption and engagement. 4. Customer Experience & Journey Optimization Own and continuously improve digital customer journeys across the lending lifecycle. Identify customer pain points and drive product enhancements to improve usability, engagement, and conversion. Work with Design, Business, and Technology teams to deliver intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences. Champion a customer-first approach in all product decisions. 5. Business & Marketplace Growth Support business growth by delivering product capabilities that improve customer acquisition, partner adoption, and marketplace scalability. Collaborate with Business and Partnerships teams to launch new products, features, and strategic initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation. Contribute to business planning by aligning product initiatives with organizational priorities. 6. Stakeholder & Team Management Collaborate effectively with Business, Technology, Operations, Design, Compliance, and external partners to deliver product initiatives. Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure successful execution of product roadmaps and strategic projects. Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives and stakeholder communication. Technical Skills Required : · Strong understanding of Digital Lending ecosystems, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), customer journeys, APIs, and third-party partner integrations. · Experience in Product Management methodologies, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, wireframing, Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and release management. · Working knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel to analyze product performance, validate data, and support product decision-making. · Familiarity with API integrations, system architecture, microservices, and digital platform capabilities to effectively collaborate with Engineering teams. · Exposure to product analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Jira, or Confluence is preferred. · Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, customer journey mapping, and product experimentation to deliver intuitive and scalable digital experiences. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA from a reputed institute preferred. 8–10 years of experience in Product Management within Digital Lending, FinTech, Banking, NBFCs, or Digital Marketplace businesses. Proven experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle, digital customer journeys, partner integrations, and platform capability enhancements. Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver business growth through customer-centric and scalable digital solutions.
