Senior Purchasing Specialist with French Responsibilities: • Review purchase requisitions and identify sources of supply • Identify and resolve Purchase Order/Purchase Requisition processing issues • Select contract/supplier to fill requisitions • Determine catalogue availability and implement predefined action • Resolve delivery issues and process claims • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and account disbursements • Maintain Vendor Master records, updates and new vendor setup • Resolve invoice, damaged goods, returned goods and ship date issues • Maintain strong supplier and client relationships • Advise customers of modifications from original requests Primary Skills / Minimum Qualifications: • Very good knowledge of SAP (MM and SD modules) • Proven experience in purchase-to-pay processes • Team player with high motivation and flexibility • Highly effective communication skills • Fluency in English and French • Additional languages are an advantage • Excellent presentation skills
