As we move toward an AI-native HCM future and launch Cortex, our AI product, we need a Presales leader who can connect business problems, enterprise transformation, product capability, and commercial value into a story CXOs cannot ignore We’re not looking for someone who simply presents the product. We’re looking for someone who can shape the customer's thinking before they shape the solution. Your role as India presales head is to make Darwinbox impossible to ignore in the enterprise HCM + AI conversation - shaping deals early, elevating the quality of customer conversations, increasing win rates, and building a presales organization that can scale with the business.
