Your Day-to-Day

  • Monitor academic quality
  • – Conduct regular academic observations across branches to assess classroom execution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess & support school teams
  • – Evaluate Nursery Assistants, Teachers, and Headmasters against academic standards and provide constructive feedback.
  • Drive root cause analysis
  • – Analyze performance gaps, feedback, and academic data to identify root causes and recommend practical improvement strategies.

Partner with Headmasters

  • – Act as an academic partner by compiling issues, escalating risks, and ensuring improvement actions are followed through.
  • Coach & develop teachers
  • – Provide coaching and training to strengthen teachers’ and Nursery Assistants’ classroom effectiveness, readiness, and student support.
  • Ensure consistent standards
  • – Work with Academic and Operations teams to maintain consistent academic standards, quality control measures, and best practices across branches.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
  • in academic operations, quality assurance, school improvement, or a similar role within an educational setting.
  • Teacher support experience
  • – Proven experience in teacher assessment, coaching, training, or performance development.
  • Strong ECE expertise
  • – Good understanding of early childhood education principles, classroom management, and age-appropriate practices.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • – Able to conduct observations, identify root causes, analyze performance/feedback data, and turn findings into practical action plans.
  • Strong stakeholder & reporting skills
  • – Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data compilation and reporting, and able to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, Headmasters, and cross-functional teams.
