  • Flanco, a Tasmea Company, is a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining &
  • resources sector with various ongoing construction projects running nationwide. We
  • have a new opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team. This
  • is a new position in our growing business.

About You

The Site Administrator would support civil construction projects

across mine sites in the Goldfields and broader Western Australia. Our Site Administrators work between mine and construction sites or can be based in our Perth or Kalgoorlie offices from time to time, with

no day the same, taking ownership of the construction projects working

with the Project Manager, Construction Manager and supervisors. This is a varied and autonomous

position with strong administration team support in place.

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment

Previous FIFO, mining and/or construction experienced preferred

Proactive in providing communication and admin support to Supervisor and crew

Strong organisation and communication skills

Intermediate clerical skills

High level of efficiency and organisation skills

Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Suite

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Senior First Aid (desirable)
  • Tasks & responsibilities
  • Coordinating site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights and accommodation.

Collaborating

  • with project manager and supervisors to ensure alignment of
  • administrative support and processes on a regular basis.
  • Organising workflow to make sure the team duties or delegated tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the project manager and supervisors with rosters, liaising with crew
  • Administration support for project manager and supervisors
  • Ensuring compliance of all internal reporting requirements including HSE, payroll and financial.
  • Liaising with recruitment regarding site mobilisations and ensuring relevant procedural compliance.
  • Supervising attendance, leave requests and timesheets and assisting with payroll queries as required.
  • Coordinating the management, assignment, and assistance for the site business support.
  • Any other duties assigned by the line manager.
