Funciones

• Responsable de atención en primer filtro a llamadas de clientes en el área de refacciones.
• Identificar números de parte mediante sistema SAP, SIS, o manuales.
• Mantener actualizado el correo de refacciones, de los clientes según correspondan.
• Dar soporte al área de Servicio referente a stock, dudas, entre otros.
• Backup.
