Commercial Management Office (CMO) & Logistics Support

About The Role
- Manage end-to-end order processing for customer, intercompany, and supplier orders, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate outbound and inbound order fulfillment, including material availability checks, delivery scheduling, purchase and sales order creation, and shipment coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Yard teams, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate proactively regarding product availability, delivery schedules, order status, changes, and potential delays.
- Coordinate material transfers and intercompany transactions, including import/export documentation and logistics requirements.
- Monitor inventory availability, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment or equipment transfers with Operations and Logistics teams.
- Manage backorders and ensure timely resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Process pricing, billing, credit requests, freight charges, and order confirmations accurately in accordance with commercial policies.
- Resolve order-related issues, including complaints, damaged or incorrect deliveries, shortages, and system discrepancies, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Support monthly closing activities through accurate transaction processing and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory and compliance reporting, including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reporting where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, order management efficiency, and customer service.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and support additional business initiatives as assigned.
- Comply with AT-PAC policies, safety standards, and business practices.
- 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction, manufacturing, industrial, or rental equipment industry is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Advanced English required.
