German-Speaking Cloud Technical Support Specialist

Your Role

• Proactively contact customers regarding the transition from legacy platforms to cloud solutions
• Schedule and coordinate cloud migration appointments with business customers
• Perform Cloud-to-Cloud migrations using dedicated migration tools
• Ensure uninterrupted customer access to cloud environments and access control systems throughout the migration process
• Monitor migration progress and verify successful completion
• Use AI-powered diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot potential migration issues
• Escalate complex or failed migrations to Level 3 Support when required
• Coordinate rollback activities when necessary to minimize customer impact
• Deliver technical support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Previous experience in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Cloud Solutions, or SaaS products
• Experience with platform or product migrations is an advantage
• Knowledge of cloud-based products, migration platforms, and support tools is desirable
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technical support levels
