About The Role
Minor Hotels  are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Commercial team and play a key role in driving revenue performance, forecasting, pricing strategy, and market share growth across a designated hotel cluster. 
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on analytics, strategic decision-making, and working collaboratively with hotel leadership teams to achieve exceptional results. 
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for managing the revenue performance of a cluster of hotels, ensuring each property achieves budgeted RevPAR targets while optimising market share and revenue opportunities. 
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to maximise revenue across all channels. 
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and hotel performance to identify revenue opportunities. 
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance insights to key stakeholders.
- Lead weekly revenue reviews and support monthly commercial performance meetings. 
- Manage and optimise distribution channels, channel costs, and direct booking performance. 
- Conduct displacement analysis and provide strategic recommendations on group business opportunities.
- Maintain and optimise revenue management systems, PMS platforms, and channel management tools. 
- Partner closely with Hotel Managers, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Reservations, and Commercial teams to drive revenue growth. 
- Support annual budgeting and long-term commercial planning initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will bring
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel revenue management or reservations within the hospitality industry. 
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and commercial strategy.
- Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. 
- Experience with revenue management systems such as iDeaS G3 or similar platforms.
- Experience using channel management systems such as SiteMinder and distribution platforms. 
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills. 
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and project management skills. 
- A qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
