SAP Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to support a major SAP transformation program, with a strong focus on migration strategy, governance, and data readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall migration strategy and governance framework.
• Establish the Migration Factory governance approach.
• Lead migration strategy workshops with business and project stakeholders.
• Define data cleansing, quality, and readiness strategies.
• Develop the transition approach from the current-state to the target-state environment.
• Provide guidance on migration best practices, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.
• Proven experience defining migration strategies for SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and migration best practices.
• Experience working on large-scale, international SAP transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) .
• Exposure to SAP MDG, Datasphere, or SAP Data Services (BODS).

This is a strategic role focused on shaping the migration approach and governance model rather than hands-on migration delivery.
