Data Engineer

In search of Data Engineer / Data Professional with 2–4 years of experience to join our data team. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in data engineering, SQL, ETL/ELT, and data processing concepts, with the ability and willingness to learn modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks .

Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks is preferred but not mandatory . Candidates with experience in other data technologies who have strong fundamentals and can quickly adapt to new platforms are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data across different data sources.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation and analysis.
• Support ETL/ELT processes and data integration activities.
• Work with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks .
• Learn and apply technologies such as PySpark, Delta Lake, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory etc.. as required.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and resolve data pipeline issues.
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Follow good practices around coding, testing, documentation, and version control.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience working with data, data engineering, analytics engineering, or related areas .
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, or data transformation .
• Understanding of basic data warehousing and data modelling concepts.
• Exposure to at least one data processing, database, or cloud technology.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
